• Passwords or login credentials shared with us during service are used only for the repair and are never recorded, stored, or retained after service completion
• We do not transfer, upload, or back up any customer data to our own systems
• We strongly recommend customers back up their data before submitting a device for service — particularly for repairs involving storage replacement, OS reinstallation, or hardware diagnostics
• In the event data loss occurs due to pre-existing hardware failure or a necessary repair procedure, Saskatoon IT Solution is not liable for the loss (see our Terms of Service for details)
